Regus CDO Downtown Center Launching!

8 August 2023: Damosa Land Inc., (Homegrown developer for sustainable real estate in the South) in partnership with International Workplace Group (IWG), launched the first flexible workspace in Northern Mindanao — the Regus CDO Downtown Center.

The launching of the new Regus CDO Downtown Tower aims to augment productivity and economic growth in Mindanao as a way to attract more businesses in the region while embracing the new hybrid work arrangements which was a result to the pandemic affecting a lot of sectors in the country.

The unveiling of the new Regus CDO Downtown Tower was led by IWG Country Manager and Senior Vice President Lars Wittig and Damosa Land President Ricardo Lagdameo through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and site blessing.

Regus, an IWG brand and an expert at providing professional workspaces that can be customized to the needs of any business, has helped design 1,136 square meters of office space, co-working areas, meeting rooms, and business lounges that can accommodate 249 work seating capacity. Under the franchise partnership agreement, Damosa Land Inc. is granted the exclusivity to develop and operate Internatinal Workspace Group (IWG) centers across Mindanao.

There is a provision for a single occupant, double occupants, and other options catering to up to 43 employees in one single private room. On top of that, it is located at the heart of Cagayan De Oro City; SM CDO Downtown.

You can also enjoy the urban views through the glass walls in most rooms and get a lot of natural light while working. As a member of a co-working space for almost two years pre-pandemic, I sought the benefits of areas like this. Start-up companies, self-employed individuals, and even the growing number of Virtual assistants can benefit greatly.
