Named after one of the family’s children, Totsy’s began as a humble cake, pastry, and bread shop in Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon, in 1995. Originally a go-to for light snacks, it evolved into a full-service coffee shop, rebranding as Totsy’s in March 2024.
The first rebranded location opened in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Totsy’s Ascendido in Davao City is proudly positioned as its flagship store, showcasing their expanded menu. Now offering a wide array of choices, from all-day breakfast favorites to fresh salads, hearty pasta dishes, satisfying rice bowls, and a carefully curated coffee selection, Totsy’s caters to every palate.
The café’s interior, bathed in a calming pistachio green, is reminiscent of the tranquil forests of Bukidnon, creating a serene atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
Travelers can indulge in a variety of pasalubong treats conveniently offered at the coffee shop. The best-sellers include Ube Ensaymada, Cheese Roll, Cheese Puff, Pineapple Strudel, Pecan Pie, and Chocolate Moist Cake.
Among my personal favorites are the Cheese Roll, the savory Chicken Teriyaki with Furikake Rice, the Wasabi Prawn Salad, and, of course, their distinctive Bukidnon Coffee with a cutesy Pandan Leaf that also serves as a stirrer.. lovely!
